Connecticut Association of Collegiate Registrars

Welcome to C.A.C.R.

C.A.C.R., the Connecticut Association of Collegiate Registrars, encourages all institutions of higher education in Connecticut, whether these institutions are two or four year, public or private, to join.

The objectives of the Association are:

  • To promote and enhance professional development among its members and

  • To facilitate the free exchange of professional information among its members.

Through membership in the association, your institution will be invited to attend the annual conference.  The annual conference brings speakers whose expertise will keep our association abreast and at the forefront of the changing world of the Registrar. Other benefits of joining the association are meeting colleagues, sharing information and networking with professionals in the field.

Please explore all the information provided on this site. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about how you can become a member or become involved in the association please feel free to contact any of the C.A.C.R. Executive Committee.

“I have been a part of this group since 2010. In the last eight years, I have gained so many connections with other C.A.C.R. members, and have had tons of opportunities for professional and personal growth. The ability to collaborate with like-minded individuals, problem-solve registrar-related issues in my own roles, and learn about new strategies for more effective processes, have been invaluable!”—Karri Van Blarcom, Senior Associate Registrar, Wesleyan University
