Spring 2025 Annual Meeting - Registration Now Open!
We are excited to announce that registration for our Spring Meeting is now open!
The Spring Meeting will be held on June 13, 2025 from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm at Quinnipiac University.

Meeting registration fees for this meeting are $35 per individual for current institution members & $40 per individual from institutions who have not renewed their 2024/2025 membership. If you have not yet renewed your institution’s membership and would like to do so now, access and complete the Annual Membership form (opens in a new tab).
Registration forms and fees must be returned by June 9th. Invoices may be delayed but will not preclude you from attending.

There will be a social event on site following the meeting.

Our Spring meeting was held at Yale University in Middletown, CT on June 14, 2023 from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Fall 2022 Social and Business Meeting
The Fall 2022 Social and Business Meeting was held at Connecticut Valley Brewing Company /Birdhouse Coffee on Friday October 14th from 1:30-3:30 pm.
Spring 2022 Meeting
The Spring 2022 Annual Meeting was held on Friday, June 17th at 8:30am-3pm at Connecticut College. We also presented a $500 check to the C.A.C.R. scholarship winner, Lilia Budo. The meeting commenced with an Arboretum tour on the campus.
Fall 2021 Annual Meeting
The Fall 2021 Annual Meeting was held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 1:00 pm Sleeping Giant State Park – Picnic Shelter 200 Mount Carmel Ave. Hamden, CT 06518
Spring 2021 C.A.C.R. Annual Conference
The 2021 C.A.C.R. Annual Conference was held virtually via Zoom on June 25, 2021 from 9:00am-12:30pm. There was no fee to attend
Fall 2020 Virtual Social and Business Meeting
C.AC.R. met via Zoom on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 9am-1pm.

Spring 2020 Meeting-CANCELLED
Given the uncertainty of our current COVID-19 situation, the cancellation of our Spring 2020 meeting was inevitable. The Executive Board will meet over the next few months to decide how to proceed in planning the Fall meeting and will keep members posted with any new developments.
Lastly, the executive board felt that during this time it was important that we still offer the C.A.C.R. scholarship to our students. The students may need it now more than ever. Submissions will continue to be accepted through April 1, 2020. The winner will still be announced in May. The application, along with the rules for submittal can be found on the scholarship page.
Annual Fall Meeting 2019
On October 4, 2019 members of the association attended the Annual C.A.C.R Fall Social at Blue Ox Axe Throwing in Wallingford, CT.
Annual Spring 2019 Meeting
On June 14th members of the association attended the Annual Spring meeting at Fairfield University. At this event, members were afforded the ability to network with colleagues, meet vendors, attend presentations relevant to the field. We also presented a $500 check to the associations first C.A.C.R. scholarship winner.
